Leadership Award
The PLUS Foundation Award for Outstanding Leadership in Healthcare Professional Liability honors an individual who has had a long-term impact as a respected leader in this field. The honoree's work and commitment have consistently improved the standards and products of the industry, and have increased the awareness of insurance professionals' contributions to the universe of health care. Through her/his actions the honoree has been an inspiration to others, and her/his efforts have improved the healthcare delivery system in our country.
The honoree is selected based on:

- Longevity in the healthcare professional liability field
- Work that has made a significant impact, consistently improving the standards and products of the industry
