Our Financial Aid Scholarships have provided college funding for more than 50 children of PLUS members.
Gilmartin Scholarships
The PLUS Foundation supports continuing education. This program, four-year college scholarships, is a benefit to members, corporate sponsor employees and their families.
2010 applications will be open from January 4 through March 15

- No password from PLUS Foundation is required
Applications & Deadlines
All 2010 applications are being taken through our administrator, International Scholarship & Tuition Services. You must go to that site and are encouraged to apply using the online application. If this is not possible, you can download a hard copy application at that site. All applications are due March 15th.
Leo Gilmartin Scholarship
Awarded based on scholastic merit and extracurricular activity. Application requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- College entrance exam scores
- G.P.A.and class rank
- Essay and letter of recommendation
- List of extracurricular and community service activities
- Recipients will be required to present evidence of full time attendance and meet GPA requirements in order to be eligible for funds the following year
General Details & Requirements
- Up to four scholarships will be awarded.
- Scholarships will be for up to $10,000 each, payable in increments over four years.
- Applicants must be a child of a current PLUS member or a child of an employee of a current PLUS corporate sponsor.
- An applicant is required to be in his/her senior year of high school.
- A recipient must successfully complete high school and enroll in an accredited four year college or university in the fall.
